Tips to prep for your airbrush tan:

.

Shave and exfoliate well prior to your airbrush tanning session. The process of exfoliation removes dead skin cells from the outermost layer of the skin and provides the best canvas for the tanning solution to penetrate and develop evenly.  Use an exfoliating body scrub or body brush.

  •

Any waxing should be done 1-2 days prior to your tan; the wax can leave behind a residue that may act as a barrier to the DHA in the tanning solution.
  •

Avoid any heavy body creams, sprays or deodorant before your session.  If you prefer, lightly dab on deodorant rather then rubbing it on heavy. Residue from deodorant or other products used on the skin can cause a discoloration of the tanning solution; however, this discoloration is of the temporary bronzer only, and will be resolved following your first shower.

  •

On the day of your appointment it is up to you whether you want to tan with no tan lines or in a bikini. All males must wear a covering.* Following your spray tan wear loose-fitting dark colored clothing. Some of the product may rub off- but this is only the temporary cosmetic bronzer. It does not stain and easily washes off.  Your tan that is developing underneath from the interaction of the DHA will not be affected!
